I love being sore after a workout. Particularly the finally-back-in-the-gym soreness that follows the day after the first workout in a long time. For some reason, even though I'm lacking the muscle mass of 2-3 years ago, the muscle aches makes me feel big again. What a great feeling. I'm going to start setting goals for myself for the next month. I need to be in tip top shape for the up-coming summer, whose weather is showing itself a little early these days. It's going to be an awesome summer...
